Trendable ("we", "us"), operated by Productivo, is a Shopify app that helps merchants spot rising search demand and turn it into catalog actions. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to the Trendable app only.

What we access from your store

Trendable requests the read_products and write_products scopes. With them we:

• Read your products — titles, product types, tags, images, prices, and variants — to match search demand to what you sell.
• Write to products only when you approve an action: adding a tag, creating a draft product, or updating a product's SEO title/description.
• Read your store domain to identify your account.

We do not request or access customer data, orders, or any personal information about your shoppers.

What we store

• Your store domain and a Shopify session token (to keep you signed in).
• The category keywords you choose to track and their fetched search-volume / trend metrics.
• A history of the agent's suggested and approved actions (for undo and audit).

Data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the European Union (Supabase, eu-north-1) and Google Cloud (europe-north1).

Third parties we share data with

To provide the service we send limited, non-personal data to:

• OpenRouter / Google (Gemini) — a sample of your product titles, types, and tags to suggest keywords and draft SEO copy. No customer personal data is sent, and this data is not used to train their models.
• Shopify — our platform, which authenticates you and processes billing.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while the app is installed. When you uninstall Trendable, or on a verified deletion request, we delete your store's data within 30 days. Because we don't store customer personal data, Shopify's customer data-request and redaction webhooks have no customer records to return or erase; the shop-redaction webhook removes your store's data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about your store by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.
